San Diego Inland Vascular Associates (SDIVA) Vein Center is a collaboration between a vascular surgeon and interventional radiologists. In July 2003, Dr. Anatoly Bulkin joined the existing Valley Radiology Consultants Medical Group in an effort to provide a San Diego County's first integrated multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular disease. Dr. Bulkin is a board certifed surgeon with fellowship training in vascular surgery obtained at Baylor Medical Center.

Together with Valley Radiology Consultants' neurointerventional radiologist and five interventional radiologists, SDIVA's Vein Center offers the most comprehensive skills, technologies, and resources to provide optimal patient care in San Diego County.

We are conventiently located at in the Parkway Medical Building in Escondido, directly across from Palomar Medical Center.
